Creating a life that truly aligns by addressing the lasting impact of life, trauma, and the experience of feeling different.

You're feeling overwhelmed, stuck and alone.
You feel the weight of navigating a life that wasn't necessarily made with you in mind.
You’ve been carrying too much for too long and you're wondering where to even begin to build something better.

And the most frustrating part?

You've already taken steps to heal.

You have been truly trying.
Yet, something still feels missing.
Your healing journey has brought you far, and there's even deeper healing waiting for you.

I'm here for the messy, complicated stuff that can be hard to put into words – the things that your body remembers, the experiences that shape your connections, and parts that influence your daily life.
The impact of life's challenges and feeling different are real.

But building a life where you feel truly seen, supported, and can thrive on your terms?
That's what we can create together.

Hi, I’m Justine Whitten
I’m really glad you’re here.

I believe in the power of being seen — truly, gently, and without judgment. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Healing happens within the safety of connection, curiosity, and compassion.

My practice is 2SLGBTQIA+ and Neurodiversity Affirming. I offer online therapy, providing a comfortable and accessible space for you to heal in your own environment. You can choose whether or not to have your camera on. Stimming behaviors are always welcome.

My approach is relational and client-centered, meaning we go at your pace and we navigate your healing together. You bring your experiences, strengths, and struggles; I bring warmth, clinical insight, and deep respect for your process.

Our work together will help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, shamed, or neglected. We’ll begin to uncover what healing looks like for you. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just real, grounded support tailored to your life.

Outside the therapy room, I’m someone who values honesty, empathy and sense of humor. My favorite past times include playing computer-based video games, reading a good book and collecting pretty rocks from my latest adventures. I believe in showing up as a real person so that you can feel safe doing the same.

If this sounds like the kind of space you’re looking for, then let's begin!
